Development
Developing and operating high quality communities is key to Abbington’s success. Abbington has an experienced internal development team which focuses on the development and construction of new communities. Partnering with a reputable construction company that builds, reviews and/or consults with construction to keep construction costs down is part of developing high quality communities. Abbington has partnered with Watts Enterprises, a Utah-based construction company, that has built multiple assisted living projects as well as numerous other multi-family and residential communities. Even if Watts does not build the project for any reason, Watts is available as needed to consult to help provide the best value for the overall project.
